I’m an aspiring chef and baker with a background in sustainability and a love for the thought and care it takes to create great food. From sourcing local and sustainable ingredients to the presentation on the plate, I find joy in the process and connection to food. I love the challenge of exploring new cuisines and techniques, and am always trying pushing myself to grow and evolve in the kitchen. Cooking, for me, is about connection, creativity, and the satisfaction of making people feel cared for through what’s on their plate.

I’m actively seeking staging opportunities and further experiences in kitchens and bakeries!

Food Experience

Mångata is a bakehouse I co-founded based in Steamboat Springs, CO. For now, it operates a farmer’s market stand in the summer with year-round pop-ups for events, as well as custom orders.

I work alongside my business partner Katie to produce our current offering of sourdough country loaves, brioche English muffins, rotating flavors of focaccia, sourdough cookies, and passionfruit almond friands. The bakehouse uses stone-milled flour from Dry Storage in Boulder, CO.

Moonlight Supper Club

January 2025 - Present

Moonlight Supper Club is the catering and private events business I started in early 2025 that hosts ticketed, multicourse dinner parties. The menus for events rotate based on seasonal ingredients. Katie and I host ticketed supper clubs with a menu based on a theme.

Previous menus have included American (summer leek and squash risotto, spatchcocked whole chicken, potato pavé) and British themes (beef wellington, fish and chips, chicken pot pie, sticky toffee pudding, earl grey panna cotta).

In 2026, we plan to grow MLSC to include private chef services!

I’ve had a love of cooking from a young age, but started taking it seriously in the last few years, focusing on experimenting and fine-tuning sourdough. This expanded into an interest in other culinary techniques and challenges. My background and education in sustainability has fueled a deep interest in understanding where good ingredients come from, how they’re produced, and how eating can work in harmony with nature.
